Highly passionate about sports and the positive effect it has on young people, multi-award winning entrepreneur, Mickela Hall-Ramsay, has impacted the lives of more than 45,000 youths through her company, HR Sports Academy. Mickela founded HR Sports Academy in 2008 after achieving a first-class honours degree in Sports Science and registered it as a Community Interest Company in 2010 after finishing a Masters in Sport Management. Mickela’s tenacity and crusade to create limitless opportunities for young people has been recognised with many prestigious awards and has secured her a robust position in the business community.
