Hi, I have Dystonia and various permanent injuries. I am the founder and CEO of Adaptive Martial Arts CIC. I have always loved sport, exercise and combat sports. Being a woman in a male dominant environment isn't easy, let alone being a disabled woman. I have studied sports from diploma through to Masters degree, I am qualified to coach various sports and gym instruction. It’s a good job I never listened to the words ‘can’t’ or ‘no’…..
