Ceri joined Companies House in 2015. Ceri has a degree in mathematics from Cardiff University and started her career in the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), where she held a variety of different roles. She began as a patent examiner, and later became Head of Copyright Policy, implementing the Artists’ Resale Right Directive. More recently, she was Deputy Director for Innovation, where she was responsible for the IPO’s support for small businesses. Ceri's role as the Regulator of Community Interest Companies came to an end on the 13th September.
